Now it is 2020.

I had the TV on in the background and a phone ad came began to play. It was really catchy, so I googled it. I fell down the BTS rabbit hole that day and still haven’t come back out!! I have learnt so much from these guys and don’t want to think about where I would be if I didn’t find them. They taught me to love myself again and to be gentle to myself as well. They are the most sincere and real group of guys I have ever seen. I will always defend them when people try to tear them down.

I have never smiled or laughed as much as what I have with these seven amazing men from South Korea.

I love them all, but I am a Jimin Bias. For me, he is mesmerising and so damn cute!!! From his singing to his dancing and everything in between, I am hooked. I listen to them all day every day.

I do a bit of driving for my work, and I am always listening to them between jobs! I feel such a connection to them, even though I have never met them. I always say I would love to hang out with them for a day as I think it would be a blast. I also love watching reactors reacting to them. Everyone who watches them falls under their spell! It can’t be helped. I grew up in the days of The Backstreet Boys and NSYNC etc. I did not fall for them the way I have fallen for BTS. I am on the BTS train for life!!!!

Most of my friends don’t understand my love for BTS. They say things that are not terribly pleasant. My hope is that my children grow up to be like BTS as they are really great humans!

Luckily, I have made a lot of great friends through the various BTS groups I am a part of. We have the best time gossiping about the boys and there is always a lot of laughter. So much so that a group of us are heading to South Korea when the boys discharge from the military. My first time to South Korea, so I am super excited!!

I will be forever grateful to BTS for helping me be the best version of me I can be.

I draw so much strength from where they came from to where they are now. They are my inspiration for life!!!
