About this Episode

When was the last time you had a really hard day? A day that tested your nerves and emotions, maybe even broke you down and made you shed a tear or two?!

Often times we are in this loop of giving into limiting believes and fears that can ruin our days, weeks, months and even years!

Do you feel as if you have chains around your hands that hold you back from being happier and in control of your life?

Our personal fears in life can really paralyse us, yet the only person who can break those chains is, you guessed it, is you!

In this episode I share what happened to me on a particular day, how I let my emotions run the day and that I discovered, after a good night sleep, what I can do different next time this happens to me.

From saying ‘no’ more often to becoming aware of my emotions and learn to navigate these much better, this episode is about holding on one more day and break chains that keep me tied up!

Maybe it’s time to identify why you are holding yourself back and start to make small and consistent changes? Are you walking around in your own shackles that need to be broken so you can better choices on how you spend your day – happy or frustrated/sad?!

In this episode, I talk about:

  • The day that inspired this episode & what happened
  • Pondering about why I was stuck in this ‘rut’
  • Why I did not say ‘no’ & taken a time out
  • The lesson learned from that particular day
  • Questioning why we chose to stay ‘chained up’ in our ways of being and believing
