You’re not here to “fix” yourself. You’re here because you already know there’s a part of you waiting to be heard.

The Return Through Music is for capable, growth-oriented women who feel quietly out of alignment — juggling life’s demands, feeling drained, or disconnected from their own rhythm. Here, music isn’t something to analyse or “do right”; it’s a mirror for reflection, insight, and reconnection — on your own terms.

This work meets you where you are. Not where you think you should be.

Music becomes a doorway – not a task.

You don’t need to be musical. You don’t need clarity. You just need curiosity. 

How it works

This is a 1:1 reflective space held over time, so insights don’t just appear — they have room to land and integrate.

Format details:

> 5 private 1:1 sessions via Zoom

> Held generally every two weeks

> Around 10 weeks in total

Each session is shaped around conversation, reflection, and presence — not scripts. From session to session, you’ll explore where you are, what’s showing up in your life, and how music can help you notice, reconnect, and gain clarity.

Session 1 — Opening the Door

You’ll be offered a curated playlist to choose from.

Together, we begin to explore:

> Where you are right now

> What feels muted, noisy, or out of tune

> How music already shows up in your life (or doesn’t)

From here, a personal thread begins to form.

Sessions 2–5 — Following Your Soundtrack

From session two onwards, you bring the music.

Songs that comfort you.
Songs that unsettle you.
Songs that keep returning.

These become anchors for exploration:

> Reflect on emotional patterns and inner shifts

> Notice what’s asking for attention

> Reconnect with parts of yourself that may have gone quiet

> Clarify what you want more — or less — of in your life

There is no pressure to perform insight — often, simply noticing is the most powerful work
