I wrote a guest post for Tiny Buddah about the song that helped me overcome numbness and brought me back to life. Would love for you to read it.
Birgit is the creator of Living on the B Side, a Podcast & Blog that highlights the power of music through using real and raw human stories impacted and touched by music.
She also is a Music Mindfulness Coach, which supports introverted and quiet small business owners to create more harmony in their busy lives by using music.
She is an introverted music lover who used to hide behind vinyls and CDs as a teenager in her room in Switzerland, to take the leap in 2016 in the land ‘Down Under’ to give her passion a voice in the world.
Through letting music guide her on this path, she has experienced many amazing conversations and moments that have cemented her dream to create a community that harvests the power of music to make this world a better place, one song at a time.

It is always a pleasure to chat about introversion and music, especially with a fellow music lover! Serena Loo invited me to do just that on her 'the Quiet Warrior podcast',
I feel super grateful that Abi invited me to her Podcast Creativity: Uncovered, which allowed me to share more about my passion for music and how it has affected me.
As a first for me, I was invited to a YouTube live conversation with Bru from BruCast Podcast. We chatted about the power of music overall, including how it can help us process our emotions, retain memories, impact on mental health and how it helped me personally, as an introvert navigating the world that can be loud and exhausting.
